comprise a comprehensive historical record of public policy issues affecting
banking, spanning a period of 35 years. Guest authors and co-authors are
indicated where applicable; otherwise, the reports were written by Dr. Golembe.
Where needed, brief descriptions of each report are being added to the titles to
assist researchers and others seeking information on specific issues.

Report titles from 1995-1 through 1998-10 have been annotated where needed to
identify the contents of the report. In the future, additional
"Introductions" or title annotations will be furnished for reports from 1985 to
